Slowing down the morning rush on the shores of Prior Lake
We founded LoadTest Cold Brew 9 with a simple, stubborn belief: that great coffee shouldn't be rushed. Inspired by the quiet morning cafes of Paris and fueled by the warmth of our Minnesota community, we set out to build a space where you can slow down and savor the craft.
Every batch of our signature cold brew is slow-steeped for a full 18 hours, extracting only the smoothest, richest chocolate and caramel notes from beans roasted right here in the Midwest. We pair our drinks with flaky, scratch-baked pastries and hearty plates designed to make you feel right at home.
